Our intention is to take the stress and strain out of buying and selling property!

Though based in Torbay, the business has acknowledged the ever widening reach on the internet and become a web based property sales service.

Our aim is to match properties and people and help where we can to ease the tension of transition. Although the fees are low budget, we aim to provide a first class service.  

Though originally from a banking and medical backgrounds more recently we have been buying and renovating homes. Internally we have a feel for what makes a good home having had a property letting business for over fifteen years dealing with a wide range of rental premises. It now seems appropriate to build on that knowledge marketing good value homes and offering a quality service to perspective buyers and vendors.  

To help you find the property of your choice we have devised a simple questionnaire which can be found on the About You section of this website.  With your permission we will then keep you in mind if a similar property becomes available.  Our ability to match properties and people has proved invaluable in the past.
